As a Wash Attendant, you are responsible for the heart of our operation. You’ll be prepping vehicles to our high standards , guiding drivers safely into the tunnel , and maintaining a spotless facility using our Jolt process app. If you have a proactive work ethic and don't mind getting a little wet to get the job done, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Prep vehicles to MinuteMan standards, ensuring customers receive the correct wash package and handling retracts as needed.
- Guide customers safely into the wash tunnel, assisting them in putting their vehicles in neutral.
- Monitor vehicle safety throughout the tunnel and identify any mechanical issues.
- Maintain site cleanliness by following opening, closing, and cleaning duties outlined in the checklist app.
- Provide friendly customer service, addressing concerns and building rapport with every guest.
Must Have
- A proactive work ethic and the ability to work on your feet in a physical environment.
- Open and honest communication skills with both leadership and guests.
- Reliability and respect for team leadership and scheduled hours.
- Comfort working in wet conditions throughout the day.
- At least 6 months of related job experience is preferred.
Compensation & Perks
- Make up to $18 per hour with cash tips included.
- Base Salary: $14/hour + Tips.
- Annual reviews with opportunities for pay increases.
- Five days of Paid Time Off accrued after one year (full-time employees only).
- We close on all major holidays.
