As a Parking Lot Concierge, you are the "First Impression Officer." You’ll be active and on the move, greeting every customer with a smile, helping them navigate our lot, and ensuring our vacuum and guest areas are always stocked and spotless. This role is perfect for a high-energy individual who takes pride in a clean environment and enjoys providing top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary greeter in the lot, guiding traffic flow and ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Maintain the "MinuteMan Standard" for the parking lot, vacuum areas, and trash management.
- Ensure all customer-facing supplies (towels, cleaners) are stocked and ready for use.
- Monitor lot activity to ensure vehicle safety and an organized flow of traffic during peak hours.
- Assist customers with basic needs, such as help with vacuum hoses or answering questions about wash services.
Must Have
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and proactive personality
- You "Get" lot flow, "Want" to provide a great guest experience, and have the "Capacity" to stay active outdoors.
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills to provide clear, helpful directions to our guests
Compensation & Perks
- Make up to $16 per hour with bonuses.
- Base Salary: $15/hour.
